- vervain (Verbena officinalis) stems – 25 grams;
- shepherd`s-purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris) stems – 25 grams;
- dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) stems – 25 grams;
- chicory (Cichorium intybus) root – 25 grams;
- fumitory (Fumaria officinalis) stems – 25 grams;
- centaury (Eritraea centaurium) stems – 25 grams;
- walnut leaves – 25 grams;
- St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) stems – 25 grams;
- bloody cranesbill (Geranium sanguineum) root – 25 grams.
Boil 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture in half a litre of water for 5 minutes. Drink 120 ml before a meal 4 times a day. After a meal take a tablespoon of honey and nettle flour (nettle flour: mix 1 kg of honey with 200 grams of nettle flour). In addition, take the yolk of a fresh egg, mix it with a tablespoon of glucose or honey, and take it every morning on an empty stomach.
