- horsetail (Equisetum arvense) stalks – 200 grams ( = Package I);
- hawthorn flowers – 20 grams;
- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root – 20 grams;
- mistletoe stems – 20 grams;
- lavender flowers – 20 grams;
- lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) stalks – 20 grams;
- birch leaves – 20 grams;
- agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) stalks – 20 grams;
- star gentian (Gentiana cruciata) stalks – 20 grams;
- pheasant’s eye (Adonis vernalis) stalks – 200 grams.
(Package II = 2-10)
Boil a tablespoon of the herbs from package I in 500 ml of water for 10 minutes. Add a tablespoon of the herbs from Package II and remove from the stove. Let the mixture steep for an hour. Drink in 4 portions (120 ml each) before a meal.
