Recipe 1
- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root – 30 grams;
- hawthorn flowers – 30 grams;
- lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves – 30 grams;
- thyme stems – 30 grams;
- wormwood (Artemisia vulgaris) stems – 30 grams;
- goat`s rue (Galega officinalis) stems – 30 grams;
- lady`s mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) roots and stems – 30 grams;
- agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) stems – 40 grams.
Cover 2 tablespoons of the herbs with 400 ml of boiling water and let the mixture steep for an hour in a closed container. Drink 120 ml 3 times a day before a meal.

- lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves – 60 grams;
- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root – 60 grams;
- medowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) root – 100 grams;
- hawthorn flowers – 100 grams;
- melilot (Melilotus officinalis) stems – 100 grams;
- Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica) – 100 grams;
- elecampane (Inula helenium) root – 40 grams;
- hops cones – 50 grams;
- sage – 50 grams;
- liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root – 30 grams.
Boil 2 tablespoons of the mixture in half a litre of water for 5 minutes. Drink in 4 portions (120 ml each) before a meal.
