Recipe 1
- flaxseed – 40 g;
- yarrow (Achillea millefolium) flowers – 40 g;
- common mallow (Malva sylvestris) flowers – 40 g;
- lavender flowers – 40 g;
- coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) leaves – 40 g;
- elecampane (Inula helenium) root – 40 g;
- primrose root – 40 g;
- dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) root – 30 g;
- hawthorn flowers – 20 g;
- plantain (Plantago) leaves – 50 g;
- sweet woodruff (Asperula odorata) stems – 100 g;
- basil stems – 60 g.
Boil 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture for 5 minutes in 400 ml of water. Put the lid on the container and let it sit for an hour. Sweeten with honey and drink 100 ml before a meal 4 times a day.

- sage – 40 g;
- common marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) leaves and flowers – 40 g;
- yarrow (Achillea millefolium) stems – 20 g;
- liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root – 20 g.
Cover 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture with 400 ml of boiling water and let it sit for an hour. Drink 100 ml before a meal 3 times a day.
