Spring fatigue, overstrain, physical and mental fatigue
• 50 g of stalks of shoots horsetail (Equisetum arvense), yarrow (Achillea millefolium) and sticklewort (Herba agrimoniae), and birch leaves. 2 table spoonfuls of the mix is put in 500 ml boiling water. It boils for 5 minutes on low heat and after it cools, filter. Drink 4 times a day 100 ml before meals.
Fatigue with nervous strain
- Put 2 table spoonfuls mashed roots of parsnip (Pastinaca sativa) in 250 ml of boiling water. Leave them for 30 minutes and filter the decoction. Add 2 table spoonfuls of honey and drink at once. Drink it 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals for 20 days without interrupting.
– a proved recipe to recover your forces: mix 3 dry apricots, 5 prunes, 3 figs, 1 table spoonful of raisins, 2 apples, and 2 slices of lemon. Put a little water and heat on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add a little honey after the pulp is cooled. Eat for breakfast. With chronic fatigue, eat it for 10 days.
In addition to this recipe – mix one table spoonful of St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) and the same quantity of mint. Pour over the herb mix 2 cups of boiling water and leave it covered for 30 minutes. For two weeks drink a tea cup of the mix in the morning and in the evening.
