– Boil 2 table spoonfuls of blitum virgatum (Chenopodium foliosum L) in 400 ml of water until half of the water is left. Filter and divide into two of 100 ml each. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before meals. The remaining herb is put in 200 more ml of water for a few hours. Filter and drink in the evening 15 minutes before meals.
Drink it for 10-12 days, and then have a break for 20 days.
