Recipe 1
- coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) leaves – 50 g;
- comfrey (Symphytum officinale) root – 50 g;
- thyme stems – 60 g;
- strawberry leaves – 60 g;
- lime tree flowers – 30 g;
- oregano stems – 25 g.
Boil 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture in 500 ml of water for 5 minutes. Drink 120 ml after a meal 4 times a day sweetened with honey.

- sage leaves – 60 g;
- agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) stems – 60 g;
- sweet flag (Acorus calamus) root – 10 g.
