Recipe 1
- bloody cranesbill (Geranium sanguineum) root – 100 g;
- lime tree flowers – 100 g;
- ironwort (Sideritis scardica) sprigs – 100 g;
- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root – 30 g;
- centaury (Centaurium erythraea) stems – 50 g.
Chop up the herbs into very small pieces and mix them together. Boil 2 tablespoons of the mixture in 400 ml of water for 5 minutes. Drink 100 ml before a meal 3 times a day.

- flaxseed – 40 g;
- yarrow (Achillea millefolium) flowers – 40 g;
- common mallow (Malva sylvestris) flowers – 40 g;
- lavender flowers – 40 g;
- coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) leaves – 40 g;
- elecampane (Inula helenium) root – 40 g;
- primrose root – 40 g;
- dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) root – 30 g;
- hawthorn flowers – 20 g;
- plantain (Plantago) leaves – 50 g;
- sweet woodruff (Asperula odorata) stems – 100 g;
- basil stems – 60 g.
Cover 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture with 400 ml of boiling water and let it sit for an hour. Drink 100 ml before a meal 3 times a day.
