Recipe 1
Mix a coffee spoon of oak bark and a tablespoon of Liquorice milkvetch – (Astragalus glycyphyllos) and boil in a litre of water for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove, add a tablespoon of peony flowers and close the container. Use to rinse in the evenings after heating up the mixture a little.

- restharrow (Ononis spinosa) root – 70 grams;
- lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves – 30 grams;
- tansy (Tanacetum vulgare) stems – 30 grams;
- elecampane (Inula helenium) root – 30 grams;
- mistletoe stems – 30 grams;
- St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) stems – 20 grams;
- felty germander (Teucrium polium) stems – 50 grams;
- horsetail (Equisetum arvense) stems – 50 grams;
- wild liquorice (Astragalus glycyphyllos) stems – 100 grams.
Boil 3 tablespoons of the mixture in 600 ml of water for 10 minutes.
Drink in 3 portions (200 ml each) after a meal.

- lady`s mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) stems – 100 grams;
- agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) stems – 100 grams;
- lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves – 100 grams;
- walnut leaves – 100 grams;
- water pepper (Polygonum hydropiper) stems – 100 grams;
- plantain leaves – 100 grams;
- common mallow (Malva sylvestris) flower – 100 grams;
- horsetail (Equisetum arvense) stems – 100 grams;
- yarrow (Achillea millefolium) stems – 100 grams;
- St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) stems – 50 grams;
- centaury (Centaurium erythraea) stems – 50 grams;
- bogbean (Menyanthes trifoliata) leaves – 50 grams;
- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root – 50 grams;
- mint leaves – 50 grams;
- anise (Pimpinella anisum) fruits – 30 grams;
- Liquorice milkvetch – (Astragalus glycyphyllos) stems – 100 grams.
Boil 3 tablespoons of the mixture in 600 ml of water for 10 minutes. Drink 200 ml 3 times a day after a meal.

- water pepper (Polygonum hydropiper) root – 200 grams;
- Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica) – 200 grams;
- ginger root – 200 grams;
- knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare) stems – 200 grams;
- juniper berries – 200 grams;
- lady`s mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) roots and stems – 30 grams.
Boil 3 tablespoons of the mixture in 600 ml of water for 10 minutes.
Drink 200 ml 3 times a day after a meal.

Boil 4 tablespoons of knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare) in a litre of water for 10 minutes. Once it has cooled down, use to rinse.
