I. In the morning, at noon and in the evening 20 minutes before meals take 1 table spoonful mix of 500 ml of liquid glucose or pure honey, 20 green leaves of stork bill and 20 kernels of sweet almonds, crushed into pulp in a wooden mortar; add 3
Fleshy lemonа, minced together with peel, 12 ml each of valerian tincture simplex (pure) and hawthorn blossom tincture (from the pharmacy), and 1 table spoonful cinnamon powder.
II. Ten minutes after the mix, drink 1 small glass of 75 ml decoction of basil, melilot (Melilotus officinalis), astagalus (Astragalus glycyphylos), lavender, linden blossom, melissa, peppermint, oregano and hop cones – 50 g of each.Of that mix 2 table spoonfuls with 1 leveled table spoonful orange peel and 3 green leaves of geranium and 3 lemon leaves are brewed in 500 г boiling water.
Instead of water, if the decoctions are insufficient, drink the following decoction: 25 rosehips (crushed into pulp in a wooden mortar); add 2 table spoonfuls of camomile and put all in 500 ml of boiling water. Boil a little more, take it off the fire and filter through a napkin.
III. Two hours after meals take the following mix: 1 tea spoonful of vetch (Vicia sativa) coffee (bake it to beige and ground like coffee). Mix with 1 tea spoonful of honey.
IV. Ten minutes after that mix, drink 1 small glass of 75 ml decoction of 5 walnuts, crushed together with shells, add 2 table spoonfuls of twitch roots (Synodon dactylon) and 1 table spoonful roots of mettle (Urtica dioica), burdock (Lappa minor) and spirea, and 1 tea spoonful each of valerian roots, buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula) and a small horse chestnut cut with the shell into four. The mix is boiled for 30 minuteа in 1,600 ml of water on low heat and immediately filtered. Drink with honey and lemon.
– Mix 1 table spoonful of fresh and dry petals of red rose, ½ table spoonful of wormwood, 3 table spoonfuls of wheat bran and 250 ml of red wine. After the mix boils, filter. The herbal decoction, still warm, is put in small bags or a napkin and then placed on the painful ear.
– 30 g of finely crushed bay leaves are put in 300 ml of oil. Leave them for 6-7 days, and then filter the mix. Drop 3 drops in the ears until there is an improvement.
