- hawthorn flowers – 50 g;
- lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) stems – 50 g;
- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root – 50 g;
- wild poppy flowers – 50 g;
- hops cones – 50 g;
- thyme stems – 30 g.
Boil 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture in 500 ml of water for 5 minutes. Drink 120 ml 4 times a day.
Peel an acorn and chop it up into thin slices. Boil a full teaspoon of the slices in a litre of water for 5 minutes and drink instead of water throughout the day.
