Recipe 1

  1. lady`s mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) stems and root – 60 g;
  2. restharrow (Ononis spinosa) root – 300 g;
  3. water pepper (Polygonum hydropiper) stems – 300 g;
  4. fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) berries – 50 g.

Boil 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture in half a litre of water for 5 minutes. Drink 120 ml 4 times a day.

  7. alder buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula) bark – 50 g;
  8. lady`s mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) stems and root – 50 g;
  9. rose petals – 25 g;
  10. rhapontic rhubarb (Rheum rhaponticum) root – 50 g.

07:00, breakfast: a cup of warm water and a soft-boiled egg;

07:30: 2 cups of warm water;

10:00: 200 g of boiled Vienna sausages, ham, or boiled veal;

11:00: 2 cups of warm water;

12:30: 200 g of fat free Bulgarian feta cheese or low fat Bulgarian cottage cheese

15:00: 1 soft-boiled egg, (no salt), drink 2 cups of warm water half an hour later;

17:30: 1 Bulgarian yoghurt and a large lettuce salad (or other vegetable salad).
